Domestic Shipping Only
MT Creative Indulgence ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to international destinations, US territories, or PO Boxes.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more. Orders below $50.00 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fees apply)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@mtcreate406.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
